On Saturday, December 21st, we undust the Erratic Play series and present our next installment – this time hosting the residents of the Don’t Trust Humans collective, Qbot and Debbie, for a night of techno debauchery going head-to-head with the Erratic residents, Jason T. & LoKKoTRONN (aka Dos Lokos). This will take place at Cameo Gallery, located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and it’s FREE before 1am with RSVP.

Don’t Trust Humans, originally based out of Chicago, is a multiplatform responsible for all things techno – a net label, a promoting team, and a mix series coined “Only For Robots.” Across the three outlets, they boast artists such as Mike Parker, Jeff Derringer, Perc, and Mike Finesse to name a few. Qbot and Debbie are the residents on hand, though now based in NY, so we thought it would be a great opportunity to host these guys to bang it out at one of our nights. Qbot just came back from Berlin after debuting at Tresor, so she is ready to finally unleash her techno in the Big Apple. This will be the first time both Debbie and Qbot will be playing in NY, making the event all the more special.

We haven’t had an Erratic Play since a year ago, last December, when the Erratic residents embarked on a b2b marathon set all night, so they are eager to play a peak-time slot again. The concept of these series has always been to give the residents play time behind decks, while inviting local talent and friends with whom to share the spotlight. As the Don’t Trust Humans tagline puts it – come prepared for an intimate night of “just brains.”
